- How to know for sure if something is in stock?
- We try to keep our website updated with stock information, but please contact us if you want to confirm stock on any of the items or materials for custom order before you purchase.
- How do I know which products are Green?
- We have a section on our site that focuses on how we and our products are Green. In addition, there is a tab underneath every product that will say How it is Green which will always hold all the information about that product’s sustainability.
- What if I have a specific time I need the order delivered by?
- If you have a specific deadline to receive the product, please notify us before you purchase. Once we see what your order is, and the date you need it by, we can assess the timing constraints to make sure we can met your needs.
- Does Viesso ship internationally?
- Absolutely. We ship all across the US and Canada frequently, and can arrange to ship to almost anywhere else in the world as well. Please contact us with the information about what you would like to order and the final delivery destination. We will look into the options and contact you with the timing and pricing for the shipment of your order.
- Are all the items online in your showroom?
- Unfortunately not. We have most of our furniture models represented in some form as a sample, as well as all of the custom options to see and feel. We also have samples of rugs and most wallpapers, as well as selected accessories like lighting, bedding, and fireplaces. Please call us before you come to the showroom if you want to make sure we have an item you are interested in seeing in person.
- What is your lead time?
- Because we offer a large variety of products from different manufacturers, the lead time varies from product to product. For items that are in stock in the US, you can expect to receive it within a week. For items that are custom made in Los Angeles by Viesso, it takes around 3-5 weeks to receive. And for items that are stocked overseas, it task 1-4 weeks. So, please either check on the product page in the notes below abbot the specific lead time, or contact us for further information.
- Where is your furniture made?
- All of the items made by Viesso are manufactured in full in Los Angeles. The other items made by various manufactures are built in different locations. Please check the specific product page to see if the place of origin is noted, or feel free to contact us to obtain this information.
- Do you offer an in-home design consultation?
- If you would like some assistance in designing your space with our products, we can setup a housecall to have someone from Viesso come out, look at your space, and even bring materials. Here is more information about this service.
- How do I decide what filling option to choose online?
- This is an important option when choosing options for a seating item. If you can’t make it to a showroom, there are other ways to ensure that you choose the best option for what you are looking for.
- What if I can’t make it to a Viesso showroom?
- In addition to advice, we also have several options for you to see and experience our furniture. Check out this part of our website to help you with ordering Viesso products if you aren’t near a showroom.
- Can I order samples of materials?
- If time permits, we strongly encourage you to get a sample of the fabric, wood, wallpaper, or rug before purchasing. This will help you see how the actual product will look in your space to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. The color of a product online may not be completely accurate, as computer monitors vary in terms of how they display color. Samples will also ensure you are aware of the texture and feel of the product before purchasing. Samples are available to view and order on our website and in our showroom. You can find them here: fabrics & leathers, wallpapers, rugs (rug samples are round on each rug design's page). You should receive your swatches within 5-7 business days.
