Timing and Setup

Deliveries are available at different times throughout the week and will be scheduled just before the completion of the order. Items will be brought inside your space, unpacked and setup in full. Packing materials are reused whenever possible.

Viesso delivers your entire order anywhere in Los Angeles County for $125, or $225 in the rest of Southern California.

Nationally

Timing and Setup

Two options for shipping to anywhere outside of Southern California:

1. White Glove
- Takes about 1 week to get anywhere on the West Coast, 3 weeks to the East Coast, and 2 weeks anywhere in between.
- Items will be brought inside your space and service includes any applicable setup and packing materials removal.

2. Freight
- Takes about 1-2 days for West Coast, 5-6 days to the East Coast, and 3-4 anywhere in between
- Items will be dropped off just inside your door and left there, still in the packing.

Pricing is the same for each of these options. Unless specified by you, we will use White Glove for residential locations and Freight for commercial or hospitality locations.

See map above. Delivery prices outside of Southern California are based on 2 pieces or less. For orders with more than 2 pieces, a $100 shipping charge applies per each additional piece.

Smaller Items Only

If you order only a cat cube, bedding, or accessory, the shipping charge will be only $75 anywhere in the United States.

Carbon Offsetting

To help offset the carbons that are emitted during to the shipping of our products, we gladly donate money to Carbon Fund. This donation is based on the miles driven, and the size and weight of shipment. These donations are put directly to carbon-reducing programs such as renewable energy and reforestation projects.
