Marine Grade Vinyl

Sunbrella Fabric
- Developed specifically for outdoor use.
- Sunbrella® furniture fabrics are 100% acrylic, stain and mildew resistant .
- Manufactured using 100% mass solution-dyed yarns.
- UV resistant, does not discolor in the sun light.
- Swimming pool, and sea water resistant.
- Light fastness 7-8.
- Washable at 40° C (104 F°).
HPCL - High Pressure Compact Laminate
Provides an extremely robust surface quality, and a completely homogenous edge and core structure. HPCL consists of several high grade Resin Impregnated Kraft Papers laminated under high pressure at controlled temperatures. Decorative overlays are applied to both faces, resulting in a complete solid and bonded structure. “EO rated” giving zero Formaldehyde Emissions, and are completely non toxic in their substance.

General Care & Maintenance
To clean make mixture of water and mild, natural soap (no detergents). Use a soft bristle brush to clean, allow soap to soak in, rinse thoroughly and air dry.

| About the Metal | Extruded powder-coated aluminum is virtually maintenance free under normal conditions as aluminum naturally generates a protective oxide coating and is highly corrosion resistant. This protective finish is generated without using solvents. |
| About The Slats | The slats are made of durable HPCL which consists of several high grade Resin Impregnated Kraft Papers laminated under high pressure at controlled temperatures. "EO rated" with zero Formaldehyde Emissions, and are completely non toxic in their substance. |
| About Sunbrella | Sunbrella has shown versatility as the premium fabric for outdoor use. Colors maintain in the strongest of sunshine and after intensive cleaning. They stay soft and keep true flexibility, yet the finish gives it a resistance to staining and water. |
| About Stamskin | Developed specifically for outdoor use on yachts & boats, the Marine Grade vinyl is marine standard PVC, stain and mildew resistant. It's UV resistant so it doesn't discolor in the sun light, and is swimming pool and sea water resistant. |
| Outdoor Cushions | Optional QuickDryFoam insert pad. This foam has been developed for rapid drying. Around this is a thick layer of light, fluffy, recycled Dacron. An outer sheet of polyester gauze tightly envelops it all to help maintain the shape. |
| Maintenance Info | To best maintain your aluminum and HPCL furniture, simply clean the surface with warm soapy water and rinse. |
