Shipping and delivery are important elements in the shopping experience, especially with home furnishings. In addition to designing and manufacturing our own products in Los Angeles, we source and sell products from a variety of brands. Because of this the pricing, delivery options, and timing vary depending on the item purchased. Below is some basic information for each type, and please don't hesitate to ask us any specific questions. We look forward to taking good care of you!
Products Viesso does not make
Items that are $99 or less will be charged a ship rate based on the basic cost to us. Most items we sell from other brands over $99 ship for free. We want to give you the best deal possible, when possible. A few require us to charge a shipping cost, such as Gus and MamaGreen. Please add all items you are interested in to your cart to confirm the exact costs associated with your order.
Type of Delivery
For smaller items, we ship with either FedEx or UPS. Their standard service applies. For larger items, the type of delivery service varies from product to product. Please see the product page for more information. If it's not clear or you have a special request, please let us know as soon as you can. In most cases, we can accommodate any delivery needs.
For smaller items, unless shipping from outside the US, your order will arrive 2-6 days after it leaves the warehouse. For larger items the timing varies from brand to brand, and product to product. Please see product pages for info on lead time, and always check with us about the stock on an item if timing is a concern. The more you know, the better off you'll be.
Products made by Viesso
If you are in LA County, we have a flat rate of $125 for full white glove delivery for Viesso items. If you are in Southern California, the flat rate is $225. The rest of the country varies, so please enter the product into a cart and you can get an estimate with your state and zip code.
Type of Delivery
All items made by Viesso are brought inside your space and include any applicable setup. All packing materials removal. If you have a special request, please let us know as soon as you can. In most cases, we can accommodate any delivery needs.
These items are made to order in Los Angeles. It takes 3 weeks to make each piece before it can ship. Once shipped, it takes about 2-3 days for West Coast, 7-8 days to the East Coast, and 4-5 anywhere in between.
For items shipping to Canada, we use our standard partners (FedEx, UPS and freight companies).
For all items shipping outside of USA and Canada, we've partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Expedited shipping is possible for some items. If we can ship in an expedited fashion, the extra cost will vary from order to order. Contact us before you order so we can be aware of any rush shipping that you require.
To help offset the carbons that are emitted during to the shipping of our products, we gladly donate money to Carbon Fund. This donation is based on the miles driven, and the size and weight of shipment. These donations are put directly to carbon-reducing programs such as renewable energy and reforestation projects.
